The BIG Little Science Centre Robotics Club

The BIG Little Science Centre Robotics Club Meets after school on Fridays from 2:45PM to 4:30PM. Members can join any time during a session.

Winter 2012 Club runs Friday Jan 6 to Friday Feb 3, 2:45pm to 4:30pm (arrive any time after 2:30pm) $50 for the 5 weeks. Second Session Winter 2012 Club runs Friday Feb 10 to Friday March 16, 2:45pm to 4:30pm (arrive any time after 2:30pm) $50 for the 5 weeks (there will be no club on Feb 24th). Join us to build a Mindstorms Robot; program it to perform tasks and to solve challenges. For children aged 10 and up.

There will be no club meeting on Feb 24, 2012.

Do you like Robots? Would you like to build and program robots? How about running your robot though a challenge course?

If you answered yes to any of the above, then the BIG Little Science Centre Robotics Club is for you!

Quick Facts about the BLSC Robotics Club:

The club will start at 2:45PM and run to 4:30PM each Friday.
The cost will be $60 per club member for each six week session ($50 for five weeks).
The club will be using Lego NXT robots.
No prior robot construction or programing knowledge required.

As skills develop new robot designs and more advanced programing will be introduced. Have you heard of: Alfa Rex, the Scorpion, the Tribot?

Students ages 10 and up are encouraged to join in the computer/robotic fun!

Space is limited so join early.
